When sending files to ANACOM using electronic forms, we recommend using the following formats:
- PDF files - Portable Document Format (standard open format);
- OpenOffice files (free software and standard open formats);
- Microsoft Office files (proprietary software);
- Plain text files without formatting;
- Image files (PNG, JPG).
We also recommend compressing documents when uploading. If a compression option is not available, we suggest the following (free) software: http://www.7-zip.org/.
